2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • Damaged Product: The product arrived damaged or broken
  • Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Quality Issues: The product does not meet our quality standards
  • Expired Product: The product was expired upon delivery

3. Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund request. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@litecrave.in with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
  3. Describe the problem in detail
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Bank refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect
  • UPI refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened and partially consumed (unless quality issue)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Requests made after the 7-day return window
  • Change of mind after purchase (for food safety reasons)

7. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong products, we offer free replacement. The replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days after approval. If the same product is not available, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

8. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: Full refund will be processed
  • After Shipping: Cancellation not possible; please follow return process
  • To cancel, email us immediately at support@litecrave.in with your order number
